Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide from the USA using carriers such as UPS and USPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and cart contents.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic USA deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on location and carrier. International delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Do you offer express or priority shipping?
Yes. If express service is available for your address and items, the option will appear at checkout. Delivery speed and price depend on the carrier and destination.
Do you ship LiPo batteries legally and safely?
Yes. All battery shipments are prepared and labeled in compliance with 49 CFR HazMat regulations as well as UN3480/UN3481 guidelines. We follow carrier-approved packing instructions and documentation requirements to ensure fully legal, safe and compliant transport of lithium batteries.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to modify or cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened items in their original condition may be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For full terms please refer to our Return Policy or contact support before sending items back.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shopify Payments and other secure checkout methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed by trusted providers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and compliant payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.
Warranty
Do you offer warranty?
Warranty coverage is limited and varies by product. If a warranty applies, the terms are listed on the relevant product page. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not misuse or wear.
Products
Are Perfect Pass RC servos waterproof?
Yes. Perfect Pass servos are fully waterproof and designed to withstand outdoor RC conditions including wet tracks, dust and dirt.
Do I need a servo saver with your steering systems?
For off-road cars a servo saver is generally recommended. However, Perfect Pass RC steering systems are engineered for on-road use and operate as servo-saver delete systems.
Are your products compatible with Traxxas and ARRMA?
Many of our products are designed for popular RC platforms such as Traxxas and ARRMA. Compatibility details are written on each product page. If you’re unsure - contact us before ordering.
Do your ESCs and motors come pre-programmed?
Unless stated otherwise, ESCs and motors are shipped with factory default settings. Advanced tuning and calibration may be required depending on your setup.
