Return and Refund Policy

However, due to the extreme environments and usage common for products of this nature, our ability to offer returns is restricted. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged during use or due to misuse, neglect or improper handling.

Returns for Manufacturer Defects

We accept returns and exchanges for items with manufacturer defects only. If you receive a product with a defect, please notify us at perfectpassrc@gmail.com  within 30 days of receiving your order in order to begin the return/exchange process.

Return Process

  • Contact us at  perfectpassrc@gmail.com   within 30 days of receiving your order to report the defect. Please include your order number, a description of the defect and clear photos if possible.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to move forward with the return/exchange process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must have a manufacturer defect. We do not accept returns for products damaged during use.
  • All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns and Exchanges

If your return is approved due to a manufacturer defect, you may choose between a refund or exchange for the same product (if available). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable.
